Goal

We got a request from drilling company to repair some equipment: shale shaker and M-I SWACO mud cleaner (made in USA).

At this moment, spare parts for this equipment are in deficit. Often equipment stands idle due to the lack of necessary spare parts in warehouses.

Solution

After having composed an inventory of defects for the equipment and after having coordinated all technical specifications with the client, we replaced all failed part to analogs produced by our company. Client didn’t risk at all, because we already had tested and delivered these products to other clients and got only positive comments.

This solution allowed client to receive an operational equipment in short terms. We also helped him to save 40% of money, because prices for our spare parts are significantly lower than of foreign manufacturers.

After having finished the repair, the equipment was sent to the client with all corresponding documents and months guarantee.
